（一）四級(jí)作文評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

寫作部分要求考生用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行短文寫作，思想表達(dá)正確、意義連貫、無(wú)重大語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤。

（二）其他評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

1. 有關(guān)題目

題目寫或不寫，不會(huì)作為作文的評(píng)分依據(jù)。但是如果在寫題目時(shí)就已離題萬(wàn)里，勢(shì)必會(huì)影響閱卷人對(duì)作文的期待和判斷。

2.有關(guān)跑題

由于圖片或題目說(shuō)明中均有主題的提示，考試除非完全沒(méi)有看到題目，所以，在往年閱卷中，考生作文基本都和主題沾邊，當(dāng)然，相關(guān)的比例可能會(huì)有不同。只要基本切題，最低也可能獲得四分。

3.有關(guān)字?jǐn)?shù)

官方規(guī)定四級(jí)寫作120-180詞。閱卷老師不會(huì)也沒(méi)有時(shí)間去數(shù)幾個(gè)單詞的差異。一般在正負(fù)20詞內(nèi)都可以接受。字?jǐn)?shù)可以再超一些，但是不可以再少。

4.有關(guān)字跡

評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中無(wú)關(guān)于字跡的說(shuō)明，只要清晰可辨，就不會(huì)影響分?jǐn)?shù)。但是更加美觀的字跡在相同條件下一定會(huì)獲得更好的分?jǐn)?shù)。

Dear Mr. President,

I am a sophomore from Department 3 and I am writing to you about the food and service in the canteen on campus.

To be frank, I am rather disappointed at the food quality, price and service in the canteen. First, the dishes are scarcely well cooked and most of them taste the same. Secondly, most of the dishes there are priced so high that some students cannot even afford them. Thirdly, the service in the canteen is far from satisfying and the inside of the canteen always seem untidy.

To solve the problem, I suggest that another canteen be built and a mechanism of competition be introduced between the old and the new. Besides, both the canteens should be subject to the students' supervision.
