上午好！今天，國(guó)務(wù)院新聞辦公室舉辦關(guān)于能源問題的新聞發(fā)布會(huì)，這是一個(gè)為國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)注的話題。當(dāng)前應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際金融危機(jī)，以美國(guó)為代表的很多國(guó)家都把發(fā)展新能源作為一個(gè)重要的應(yīng)對(duì)舉措。
Good Morning! The State Council Information Office is here today to hold this press conference on the issue of energy, which is a common concern at home and abroad. Many countries, especially USA, have taken the development of the new energy as an important means against the current world-wide financial turndown.

國(guó)內(nèi)能源行業(yè)在一定程度上也受到金融危機(jī)的影響,能源需求下降，部分企業(yè)效益下滑。
Since the breakout of the world-wide financial turmoil, energy industry has experienced a certain degree of sufferings with demand dropping, investment growth slowing down and outcomes of some enterprise declining.

金融危機(jī)對(duì)能源工作既帶來嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)，同時(shí)也蘊(yùn)藏著重大機(jī)遇。去年3月經(jīng)全國(guó)人大批準(zhǔn)，組建成立了國(guó)家能源局。
In last March, Chinese National People's Congress approved the establishment of the National Energy Administration.

在黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，新組建的國(guó)家能源局和能源戰(zhàn)線廣大干部職工同心協(xié)力，共克時(shí)艱，在果斷應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際金融危機(jī)、拉動(dòng)內(nèi)需、提振信心、調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)、擴(kuò)大合作等方面，做了大量工作。
Under the firm leadership of CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the newly established National Energy Administration, together with all other working staff in energy industry, has been working closely during hard times and has done a lot of work in respect of addressing financial crisis, increasing domestic demand, building up confidence and adjusting industrial structure.
