Hodge and the interior designer were having a good time, chatting away while waiting for dessert to be brought out. Desserts were also one of the main selling points of the restaurants. Many unique recipes were created by the chef, and the dessert menu would be changed often. The plating was designed to create the wow factor. Chocolate pieces had hand-printed designs; all the sauces were made in-house; only the in-season organic fruits were chosen. The serving size was just right to give the customers a taste of heaven without being too overbearing.
