伊麗莎白與小情人多諾萬(wàn)掌控著旅館的一切，他們利用旅館進(jìn)行著自己血腥又可怕的興趣。一名商人帶著兒子入住了科泰茲旅館。愛(ài)麗絲帶兩父子參觀旅館時(shí)，有意無(wú)意地繞到了伊麗莎白的房間，伊麗莎白熱情招待了兩父子，并在父親察看旅館時(shí)，單獨(dú)帶了他的小兒子，到一個(gè)奇怪的房間。房間里有幾位小孩子，有肯吃旅客的兩名小孩，還有約翰的兒子霍爾登。
場(chǎng)景又跳到多諾萬(wàn)和莎莉的死因，當(dāng)初因?yàn)樯蚪o了多諾萬(wàn)過(guò)多的毒品導(dǎo)致他猝死，而多諾萬(wàn)的媽媽遷怒于莎莉?qū)⑺葡聵?，這位絕望的母親回到兒子身邊時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)伊麗莎白出現(xiàn)了……
畫面又再次跳轉(zhuǎn)到了警官的家，在洛杉磯一連串的案件，加上約翰對(duì)兒子的失蹤的悲痛，還有自己所受到的威脅，這一切都有線索直指科泰茲旅館。約翰憑著奇怪的直覺(jué)，入住了科泰茲旅館充滿疑團(tuán)的64號(hào)房間。這時(shí)候伴隨著老鷹樂(lè)隊(duì)的《加州旅館》本集進(jìn)入尾聲。
