In the mean time, he grabbed his bags and things and got ready to leave. Soon enough, Wolfe and the intern were on the way to the interview. While on the road, Wolfe gave the other party a call to confirm once again the time and place. Perhaps it would make more sense that they call the other party prior to leaving the newspaper office, but Wolfe figured the chance of the other party canceling was low. Besides, after staying indoors for so long, Wolfe for sure could use some time outside.
