The Marshmallow Kisses 是一男一女組合,由兩個素未謀面但性相歌合的歌手組成。Edine (郭家嘉)原本打算自立獨當創(chuàng)作歌手，而另一位的Peter (潘智健)自小接受正統(tǒng)鋼琴訓練，亦彈一手美妙的Bossanova吉他，在經(jīng)朋友撮合下決定合組樂團。

討喜的童話式indie-pop，做的象風和日麗，小白兔橘子一樣做著獨立音樂，音樂就如同他們的名字一般，像柔細的軟糖，輕輕咬下去，滿口童真的香甜滋味，清新而且溫暖，充滿了稚嫩的年少情懷。聽著The Marshmallow Kisses的首張EP，很少有人不被打動。

完全DIY的制作不代表音樂上會有所遜色，幾乎曲曲瑯瑯上口，旋律甜到再加糖就沉淀。他們的音樂是毫無重力的童話世界，清新且溫暖。兩人合唱的《My Dear Giant》感覺像是Belle& Sebastian遇上Red Sleeping Beauty，特別溫馨，低吟淺唱之處有種青蔥本真的美感，古怪而甜蜜。在這樣一個冬天的傍晚，聽他們述說生活上單純的喜悅和小小的哀傷，懷念起軟軟的棉花糖，一下子就跌進香甜里。
