在本集中，加州圣莫妮卡一個有名的碼頭附近出現(xiàn)多具被掩埋在地下的流浪漢尸體，BAU調(diào)查組前去調(diào)查。與此同時，Rossi與一名曾在越戰(zhàn)期間與自己并肩作戰(zhàn)的海軍陸戰(zhàn)隊士官重逢。與以往不同，本集一開始便是一位人美歌甜的流浪女孩在賣唱——《Keep Holding On》（翻唱自艾薇兒），可是好景不長，她成了犯罪者的目標，被誘騙上車后殘忍殺害。
