有時(shí)候面試中招聘者會(huì)提問(wèn)應(yīng)聘者有關(guān)工作目標(biāo)的問(wèn)題，目的就是了解應(yīng)聘者做事的風(fēng)格，以及應(yīng)聘者對(duì)這份工作的看法。因?yàn)樵趯?shí)際當(dāng)中會(huì)碰到自己計(jì)劃中所沒有考慮到的問(wèn)題，所以大致說(shuō)明自己的計(jì)劃目標(biāo)就好了。

?I: Are you a goal-oriented person?

你是一個(gè)有明確目標(biāo)的人嗎？

A: Yes, I am. I always make a plan before I do anything.

是的，我是，在做每件事之前我都做一個(gè)計(jì)劃。

I: Where do you want to be in 5 years?

你在五年內(nèi)希望做到什么位置？

A: I don?t want to have a specific title. I just want to enjoy what I am doing.

I: That sounds very reasonable.

聽起來(lái)非常有道理。

A: It’s the most important thing to me.

這對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)是最重要的。

I: If you are hired, how long do you plan to stay with us?

如果你被錄用，計(jì)劃在我們公司干多久？

A: That obviously depends on how things go -- whether I’m suited to the firm and the firm to me.

這當(dāng)然依事情的發(fā)展而定，得看我和公司之間是否互相適合。

I: Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you do to achieve them.

能說(shuō)說(shuō)你的近期目標(biāo)以及如何去實(shí)現(xiàn)它嗎？

A: I want to put my knowledge and experience to use in a challenging position. In order to achieve this goal, I just want to work step by step.

我想把我的知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)運(yùn)用到一個(gè)具有挑戰(zhàn)性的工作中，為了達(dá)到這個(gè)目標(biāo)，我只想一步一步地踏實(shí)工作。

I: What is your long-range objective?

A: I haven't thought it over at all.

I: What do you think is the most important thing when looking for a job?

在找工作時(shí)，你認(rèn)為什么最重要？

A: I think the most important thing is the interest in the job.
