　　規(guī)矩制度會越來越嚴

　　黨的十八大以來，我國的反腐敗走向深入，廉政建設自然成為近幾年兩會最為關(guān)注的重要議題之一。

　　從今年地方兩會來看，31個省市政府工作報告幾乎都提到要加大廉政建設力度。北京將以基層和直接服務群眾部門為重點，開展“不作為、亂作為”專項整治。健全經(jīng)濟責任審計全覆蓋制度機制，開展領(lǐng)導干部自然資源資產(chǎn)離任審計試點。健全廉政風險防控機制，嚴肅查處以權(quán)謀私、失職瀆職案件和腐敗問題。

　　廣東將完善監(jiān)察、司法、審計等聯(lián)動的行政權(quán)力監(jiān)督機制，深入實施“陽光政務”，全面深化政務公開，抓好政府系統(tǒng)黨風廉政教育和公務員隊伍建設。

　　河南提出，將履行主體責任和“一崗雙責”，落實黨風廉政建設責任制。加強黨規(guī)政紀教育，嚴格執(zhí)行廉政準則和各項規(guī)定，推動監(jiān)察和審計全覆蓋，強化巡視巡察監(jiān)督，堅持無禁區(qū)、全覆蓋、零容忍。
