We Shot The Moon是一支來自加州San Diego的流行搖滾樂隊(duì).樂隊(duì)由現(xiàn)已解散的樂隊(duì)Waking Ashland的前主唱Jonathan Jones醞釀組建而成.當(dāng)其在2007年7月宣布退出樂壇時(shí),Jonathan仍然堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)作歌曲以期望繼續(xù)他的音樂生涯,從而We Shot The Moon也由此而生。We Shot The Moon是由唱作人Jonathan Jones創(chuàng)立的獨(dú)立流行搖滾樂隊(duì)，來自于加州圣地亞哥。 在過去的兩年里，樂隊(duì)在大大小小的場地做了400場演出，包括咖啡店，戶外演唱會(huì)，俱樂部，大型劇院等等。也曾與許多優(yōu)秀的樂隊(duì)同臺(tái)過，例如The Fray, Jacks Mannequin, Augustana, Plain White Ts, 3OH!3, One Republic等等。
