CARIBBEAN BULLDOG 加勒比牛頭犬

2 oz. Caribbean Cream 加勒比奶油
2 oz. Milk or Half & Half 半奶半奶油（五五比例）
4 oz. Coca Cola 可口可樂

Build first three ingredients over ice in a tall glass. Add soda and stir gently.
前用入加冰高杯，后入蘇打輕攪。

CARIBBEAN ROSE 加勒比玫瑰

2 oz. Caribbean Cream 加勒比奶油
1/ 2 oz. Angostura Grenadine 奧古斯圖拉與石榴汁混合物
2 oz. Milk or Half & Half 半奶半奶油（五五比例）
4 oz. Club Soda 冰鎮(zhèn)蘇打

Build first three ingredients over ice in a tall glass. Add soda and stir gently.
前三入加冰高杯后入蘇打輕攪。

CARIBBEAN DREAM 加勒比之夢

1 1/2 oz. White Rum 白蘭姆
1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum 深蘭姆
1 1/2 oz. Coco Lopez 椰乳酒的一種（脂肪含量較多）
2 oz. Angostura Rum Punch Mix 奧古斯圖拉蘭姆賓治混合物
2 oz. Pineapple Juice 鳳梨汁
1/4 oz. cream 奶油

Blend all the ingredients with crushed ice and serve in a Boca Grande style glass with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
加碎冰用果汁機攪打入Boca Grande風(fēng)格杯，飾鳳梨片及櫻桃。

1 1/2 oz. Gold Rum金蘭姆
5 oz. Fresh Orange juice新鮮橙汁
Dash of Angostura Bitters少量（奧古斯圖拉苦精
1 tsp. Grenadine石榴汁一茶匙

Build first three ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Pour grenadine over the top and serve.
前三入加冰海波杯混合，上加石榴汁。
