Southern California residents are a little shaken up after a 5 point 4 magnitude earthquake rocked the region Tuesday afternoon.The quake didn't cause any death or major injuries or property damage, but could felt as far away as Las Vegas.
Senator Ted Stevens of Alaska indicted on charges that he lied about getting 250 thousand dollars worth home renovations and gifts from an oil services company that lobbied him. The Alaska Republican says he's innocent and he intends to prove it.
2 Maryland men are facing vehicular manslaughter charges in connection with a deadly street race. Authorities say Darren Bullock and Tavon Taylor were racing each other in February when one of them plowed into a group of people, killing 8. Bullock and Taylor could both face up to 10 years in prison for each of those deaths.
Republican presidential candidate John McCain has gotten some good news from his doctors.A small patch of skin removed from his right cheek earlier this week is cancer-free. McCain has survived 3 bouts with melanoma.
