For most elegance choose a solid, dark dress in navy, black or grey
Avoid busy patterns or bright colors
Do not wear dresses with see-through panels
Avoid showing undergarment like bra straps
Sleeveless dresses expectable, but short and long sleeves are safest
Hem line not shorter than 2 fingers width above and one finger below your knee
