China Enterprise Confederation, and China Enterprise Director Association have released the ranking of the country's top 500 enterprises. Sinopec, the State Grid Corporation of China, and China National Petroleum Corporation remain the top three.

Two other lists, China's Top 500 Manufacturers, and Top 500 Service Companies, were also made public. 1-thousand-78 enterprises have been ranked on the three lists. 69 out of the Chinese top 500, also made the 2011 global top 500 list, as compiled by Fortune magazine. The number is 15 more than last year.

According to the president of China Enterprise Confederation, China's top 500 enterprises chalked up more than 3-point-6 trillion yuan in operating revenue last year, increasing 31-point-6 percent year-on-year. That's equivalent to nearly 20-point-7 percent of the total operating revenue of the world's top 500 companies in the same year.?
