Once upon a time,there were three cuddly little wolves with soft fur and fluffy tails who lived with their mother.The first was black,the second was gray,and the third was white.
從前，有三只可愛的小狼和狼媽媽住在一起，他們的皮毛很柔軟，還有著蓬松松的大尾巴。

One day the mother called the three little wolves around her and said," My children,it is time for you to go out into the world.Go and build a house for yourselves.But beware of the big bad pig.
"有一天狼媽媽把三只小狼叫過來，對(duì)他們說：“孩子們啊，現(xiàn)在該是你們自己到外面去闖蕩的時(shí)候了。去為你們自己造一幢房子吧。但是一定要當(dāng)心大壞豬?。　?/div>

"Don't worry,Mother,we will watch out for him,"said the three little wolves,and they set off.
“媽媽，您不用擔(dān)心，我們會(huì)很小心提防他的?！比恍±钦f完就離開了家。?

Soon they met a kangaroo who was pushing a wheelbarrow full of red and yellow bricks.
他們走著走著就看見推著獨(dú)輪車的袋鼠，車?yán)锒褲M了紅色、黃色的磚頭。

"Please,will you give us some of your bricks?"asked the three little wolves.
“請(qǐng)問您能給我們一些磚頭嗎？”三只小狼問到。

"Certainly,"said the kangaroo,and she gave them lots of red and yellow bricks.
“當(dāng)然可以啦，”袋鼠說完，就給了他們很多紅色、黃色的磚頭。

So the three little wolves built themselves a house of bricks.
于是三只小狼就為自己造了一幢磚頭房子。

The very next day the big bad pig came prowling down the road and saw the house of bricks that the little wolves had built.
第二天一早，大壞豬沿著這條路溜溜達(dá)達(dá)的走過來，突然看見了一幢磚頭房子。

The three little wolves were playing croquet in the garden.
三只小狼正在門口的花園里玩槌球。

When they saw the big bad pig coming,they ran inside the house and locked the door.
當(dāng)他們看見大壞豬摩斯走過來，就趕緊跑進(jìn)房子里，把門也鎖上了。

The pig knocked on the door and grunted,"Little wolves, little wolves,let me come in!"
大壞豬摩斯用力地敲門，哼哼唧唧地說：“小狼崽，小狼崽，快點(diǎn)讓我進(jìn)去！”

"No,no,no,"said the three little wolves."By the hair on our chinny-chin-chins,we will not let you in,not for all the tea leaves in our china teapot!"
“不不不，無論如何我們也不能讓你進(jìn)來?！毙±莻冋f。

"Then I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house down!"said the pig.
“那我就呼哧，呼哧，把你們的房子吹倒！”大壞豬說。

So he huffed and he puffed and he puffed and he huffed,but the house didn't fall down.
于是大壞豬摩斯鼓足了氣，呼哧，呼哧，用力吹，可房子根本沒有倒。

But the pig wasn't called big and bad for nothing.
但是大壞豬不愧是大壞豬。

He went and fetched his sledgehammer,and he knocked the house down.
他拿來了大鐵錘，三下兩下，就把房子給砸塌了。?

The three little wolves only just managed to escape before the bricks crumbled,and they were very frightened indeed.
可憐的小狼好不容易從砸得粉碎的磚頭底下逃出來，他們嚇壞了。

"We shall have to build a stronger house,"they said.
“我們要造一幢更堅(jiān)固的房子，”小狼們說。

Just then they saw a beaver who was mixing concrete in a concrete mixer.
正巧他們看到一只海貍在攪拌著混凝土。

"Please,will you give us some of your concrete?"asked the three little wolves.
“請(qǐng)問您能給我們一些混凝土嗎？”三只小狼問到。?

"Certainly,"said the beaver,and he gave them buckets and buckets full of messy,slurry concrete.
“當(dāng)然可以啦，”海貍說完，就給了他們一桶又一桶的混凝土。

So the three little wolves built themselves a house of concrete.
于是三只小狼就用混凝土筑造了一幢房子。?

No sooner had they finished than the big bad pig came prowling down the road and saw the house of concrete that the little wolves had built.
房子剛造好不久，大壞豬又溜溜達(dá)達(dá)地來了。

They were playing battledore and shuttlecock in the garden,and when they saw the big bad pig coming,they rain inside their house and shut the door.
這次他看見小狼他們正在花園里玩網(wǎng)球，一看到大壞豬來了，馬上就跑進(jìn)房子，把門也關(guān)上了。

The pig rang the bell and said,"Little frightened wolves,let me come in!"
大壞豬一邊按門鈴一邊說：“嚇破膽的小狼崽，快點(diǎn)讓我進(jìn)去！”

"No,no,no,"said the three little wolves."By the hair on our chinny-chin-chins,we will not let you in,not for all the tea leaves in our china teapot."
“不不不，無論如何我們也不能讓你進(jìn)來。”

"Then I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house down!"said the pig.
“那我就呼哧，呼哧，把你們的房子吹倒！”

So he huffed and he puffed and he puffed and he huffed,but the house didn't fall down.
于是大壞豬鼓足了氣，呼哧，呼哧，用力吹，可房子根本沒有倒的混凝土房子 。

但是大壞豬不愧是大壞豬。

He went and fetched his pneumatic drill and smashed the house down.
他拿來了氣泵鉆，三下兩下，就把房子給鉆塌了。

The three little wolves managed to escape,but their chinny-chin-chins were thrembling and trembling and trembling.
三只小狼好不容易逃了出來，他們的牙齒還在不斷地打顫，太可怕了！

"We shall build an even stronger house,"they said,because they were very determined.
小狼們這次下定決心，“一定要造一幢無比堅(jiān)固的房子！”

Just then they saw a truck coming along the road carrying barbed wire,iron bars,armor plates,and heavy metal padlocks.
正巧犀牛開著一輛貨車過來了，車上裝滿了鋼板、鐵絲網(wǎng)、鐵柵欄和大鐵鎖。

"Please,will you give us some of your barbed wire,a few iron bars and armor plates,and some heavy metal padlocks?"they said to the rhinoceros who was driving the truck.
“請(qǐng)問您能給我們一些鋼板、鐵絲網(wǎng)、鐵柵欄和大鐵鎖嗎？”三只小狼問到。

"Sure,"said the rhinoceros,and he gave them plenty of barbed wire,iron bars,armor plates,and heavy metal padlocks.He also gave them some Plexiglas and some reinforced steel chains,because he was a generous and kindhearted rhinoceros.
“當(dāng)然可以啦，”說完犀牛就給了他們這些東西，還送給他們一些防彈玻璃和加固的鐵鏈，因?yàn)樗且恢环浅７浅？犊南！?/div>

So the three little wolves built themselves and extremely strong house.It was the strongest,securest house one could possibly imagine.They felt absolutely safe.
于是三只小狼建了一幢無比堅(jiān)固的鐵皮裝甲房子。堅(jiān)固的讓你難以想像，他們想這次絕對(duì)安全了。

Then next day the big bad pig came prowling along the road as usual.The three little wolves were playing hopscotch in the garden.When they saw the big bad pig coming,they ran inside their house,bolted the door,and locked all the thirty-seven padlocks.
一天，大壞豬又轉(zhuǎn)悠到這來了。三只小狼正在花園里玩跳房的游戲。他們看到大壞豬來了，又跑進(jìn)房子，插上門栓，鎖了37把鎖。

The pig dialed the video entrance phone and said,"Little frightened wolves with the trembling chins,let me come in!"
大壞豬撥通視頻電話說：“怕得發(fā)抖的膽小鬼，讓我進(jìn)來！”

"No,no,no!"said the little wolves.
“不開，不開，就不開！”三只小狼說。

"By the hair on our chinny-chin-chins,we will not let you in,not for all the tea leaves in our china teapot."
“除非等到我們長(zhǎng)出了胡子，我們不讓你進(jìn)來。茶水該在茶壺里，你就該在房屋外?！?/div>

"Then I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house down!"said the pig.
“那我就吹，我吹，我要把你們的房子吹倒！”大壞豬叫著。

So he huffed and he puffed and he puffed and he huffed,but the house didn't fall down.
他一個(gè)勁地吹啊，吹啊，但房子沒倒。

But the pig wasn't called big and bad for nothing.
但大壞豬這名字可不是虛傳的。

He brought some dynamite,laid it against the house,lit the fuse,and...
他帶來了炸藥，他把炸藥裝在房子上，點(diǎn)燃了引線，接著……

The three little wolves just managed to escape with their fluffy tails scorched.
三只小狼在爆炸的瞬間逃了出來。但毛絨絨的尾巴被燒焦了。

"Something must be wrong with our building materials,"they said."We have to try something different.But what?"
“我們用的建筑材料一定是錯(cuò)了，”他們說，“我們應(yīng)選些不一般的材料。但用什么呢？”

At that moment they saw a flamingo coming along pushing a wheelbarrow full of flowers.
就在這兒時(shí)，他們看見了火烈鳥推著一車花走過來。

"Please,will you give us some flowers?"asked the little wolves.
“能給我們一些花嗎？”小狼們問。

"With pleasure,"said the flamingo,and he gave them lots of flowers.So the three little wolves built themselves a house of flowers.
“當(dāng)然可以，請(qǐng)便，”火烈鳥說，他給了小狼很多花。

One wall was of marigolds,one of daffodils,one of pink roses,and one of cherry blossoms.The ceiling was made of sunflowers,and the floor was a carpet of daisies.They had water lilies in their bathtub,and buttercups in their refrigerator.It was a rather fragile house and it swayed in the wind,but it was very beautiful.
三只小狼用花建了一個(gè)房子。房子的四面墻分別是用金菊花、粉紅的玫瑰花、水仙花、櫻花做的。天花板是用向日葵做的，地板上輔的是雛菊地毯。他們?cè)谠「桌锓派纤?，在冰箱上放上毛茛草。這是一個(gè)非常脆弱的房子，風(fēng)一吹就會(huì)搖晃，但它漂亮極了。

Next day the big bad pig came prowling down the road and saw the house of flowers that the three little wolves had built.
有一天，大壞豬出來轉(zhuǎn)悠，他看見了三只小狼用花建的房子。

He rang the bluebell at the door and said,"Little frightened wolves with trembling chins and the scorched tails,let me come in!"
他按響門鈴，說，“焦尾巴的膽小得發(fā)抖的小狼把門打開，讓我進(jìn)來！”

“不開，不開，就不開，”三只小狼說?！俺俏覀冮L(zhǎng)出胡子來，我們不會(huì)讓你進(jìn)來。茶水該在茶壺里，你就該在房屋外！”

“那我就吹，我吹，我要把你們的房子吹倒！”大壞豬叫著。

But as he took a deep breath,ready to huff and puff,he smelled the soft scent of the flowers.It was fantastic.And because the scent was so lovely,the pig took another breath and then another.Instead of huffing and puffing,he began to sniff.
大壞豬深深吸了口氣，準(zhǔn)備吹的時(shí)候，他聞到了幽幽的花香。這感覺太美妙了。這香味太誘人了，大壞豬不停地聞著花香，他忘了要吹倒房子了。

He sniffed deeper and deeper until he was quite filled with the fragrant scent.His heart grew tender,and he realized how horrible he had been.Right then he decided to become a big good pig.He started to sing and to dance the tarantella.
他漸漸地陶醉在花香里了。他也變得溫柔起來。他覺得自己以前太壞了?，F(xiàn)在他決定要做個(gè)大好豬了。 他開始一邊唱歌，一邊轉(zhuǎn)圈跳起舞來了。

At first the three little wolves were a bit worried.It might be a trick.But soon they realized that the pig had truly changed,so they came running out of the house.
一開始，三只小狼還有點(diǎn)擔(dān)心這是大壞豬的詭計(jì)。但很快他們意識(shí)到大壞豬真的變了。于是他們跑出了房子。

They started playing games with him.
開始和他一起玩了。

First they played pig-pog and then piggy-in-the-middle,and when they were all tired,they invited him into the house.
一開始，他們玩球，后來又玩小豬站中間的游戲，最后，大家都玩累了，便一同回家了。
