2) It has long been considered only right and proper to...(in China.)
（在中國）…長期以來被視為是理所應(yīng)該的。 (e.g. It has long been considered only right and proper/perfectly justified for the old to assume full responsibility for the growth of the young.)

如果從對立的角度來看, …的當前形勢顯示… (e.g. The current situation of our reforms is political structure, if approached from the opposite angle, reveals that much of the achievement is far from satisfactory. For example,...But...)
例：如果從對立的角度來看，政治體制改革的當前形勢顯示，其成就遠不如人意。例如…， 但是…

沒有人會否認… 或：Everyone would agree that...或：…，這一點毫無異議。

說到…，大多數(shù)人（公眾）堅持認為（爭辯說）…(e.g. When it comes to fake commodities, every consumer has much anger to pour upon them.)
例：說到假貨，每一個消費者對他們都有一通怒氣要發(fā)泄。

現(xiàn)在人們普遍認為… (e.g. Now it is widely believed that examinations are the best possible measure for the selection of the qualified.)
